Submitting an enquiry or consultation request does not:

guarantee acceptance into a program;

reserve a class;
-
guarantee availability; or
-
create a trainer-client relationship.
SPT may contact you to discuss your goals, experience, availability and service suitability.
We may recommend that you complete health screening or obtain medical clearance before participating.

4. Bookings and availability
Bookings are subject to:

current availability;
-
the applicable timetable;
-
class capacity;
-
coach availability;
-
membership or package eligibility; and
-
any additional booking or cancellation conditions communicated at the time.
Timetables, coaches and session formats may change.
The GymMaster schedule or other nominated booking platform should be treated as the source of truth for live availability.

5. Introductory offers and promotions
Introductory offers may be:

available only to eligible new clients;
-
limited by time, class, service or availability;
-
subject to an expiry period;
-
non-transferable; and
-
subject to additional conditions displayed with the offer.
SPT may amend or withdraw an offer before purchase. Once purchased, the terms accepted at the time of purchase will apply, subject to consumer law.

6. Memberships and service agreements
Memberships, class packages, personal training arrangements and other paid services may be subject to separate terms, including:

membership details;

minimum terms;
-
fees and direct debit arrangements;

suspension conditions;
-
cancellation requirements;
-
expiry dates;

late cancellation policies; and
-
health and safety requirements.
Where separate service or membership terms apply, those terms will govern the relevant purchase or service.
These Website Terms do not replace a signed membership or service agreement.

SPT does not control those platforms and is not responsible for their:
